Consumer Redressal

I have book 5 numbers Flight Ticket on 23rd January 2020 to travel from Delhi to Kolkata dated on 29th March 2020 but due to COVID19 pandemic and the lockdown imposed by the Central Government all flight is cancelled . I have request to Spicejet and GoIBOBO to refund my ticket money back but they are suggesting to travel in their airline by 21st February 2021 but it is not possible for us to travel in this present situation  two passengers, Mrs. Jayanti Basu is over 65 years of age and Ms. Urmila Dey has chronic respiratory problems. So, I do not think that it will be right for them to travel anytime within this year. So, as the circumstances are now, the travel is not right and not possible in the near future.   in this present situation we require money URGENTLY kindly help us to get back the money. It's a request Ticket purchased amount (₹ 17,066.00  + ₹ 1740.00 )
