Sir i booked a air ticket from Pune airport to hyd airport for 15/09/2020 and selected the option of ZERO CANCELLATION BEFORE THE 24HRS OF FLIGHT DEPARTURE.
NOW ,when i asked CC about the refund she told that i will get rupees zero refund, this quote of CC was when i opted for the option.
she told that ZERO CANCELLATION IS A ERROR AND OUR TEAM IS WORKING ON IT.
