Consumer Redressal

Dear sir , I had booked 3 international flights to and fro with akbartravels.com for inr 132000 . Sir due to lockdown those flights were cancelled . I asked for refund but now 5 months have passed and still waiting for the amount . I contacted them 1000 times but they do not give adequate response neither on calls nor on emails . Kindly help me in recieving my amount back from this company . I also contacted the airline they informed me that they already returned 100% amount to the company .
