I bought this product 3 months back and it broke within a month, I've made 100+ calls and then 1 got a replacement which was broken out of the box. I mean it's motor wasn't working out of the box. Technician took that back 10 days back and now I don't want to try another replacement because the quality of their product is VERY POOR and so their Customer Service. I've made 200+ calls to their Indore Center, their central customer support line and they all know me by name now. I need my money refunded so I can buy a mixer from a different company. I've been waiting for over 2 months and I am out of a mixer in my kitchen... WonderChef Service Department in Indore sent multiple emails to their Mumbai head office requesting approval for a refund over 10 days back and they haven't heard anything back... nor have I heard back anything on what's being done in spite of repeatedly asking for escalation or call back for action.
