Respected Sir, Reference to the above mentioned claim &policy no, myself , the proprietor of M/s. Lokenath Agency Would like to draw your kind attention that a burglary claim for Rs.2951248/- has been registered at office (M.G.Road branch,Kolkata-700007) as an incident of burglary has taken place at my godown (19,Garfa Main Road, Ramlal bazar, Kolkata-700078) between 23/06/2012 to 25/06/2012. I have submitted full and final police report on 24/12/2012 & also provided all the necessary documents to appointed surveyor Mr P.K.SEN along with the proper feed –back an all the queries on the subject.
