Dear Sir,
During the COVID-19 period , my Indigo flight ( Trivandrum to Mumbai ) got cancelled and I had to book another flight ( Air Asia - from Cochin to Mumbai ) back to Mumbai.
We paid extra money to a taxi and travelled all the way up to Cochin to catch the Air Asia flight.
Now , Indigo has refunded the amount to the travel agency - Easemytrip , but the latter is refusing to give the amount , citing frivolous reasons.
