1. I had booked air ticket as per the following details through YATRA website: Date of Travel: 08 Jun2020 Yatra Reference Number: 2105200107102 Airline: Air Asia Flight Number: I5 – 578 PNR: O2KTTZ Sector: New Delhi to Kolkata Travellers: Mr. Pijush Kanti Roy & Mrs. Shipra Roy Total Ticket booking amount: Rs. 7190 2. On 30th May 2020 around 18:48 hrs SMS received in Mobile No. 9650098075 from VXArAsia stating: Dear Guest, We sincerely regret to inform that your flight I5-578 (DEL-CCU) on 8-Jun-20 is cancelled due to Operational reasons. 3. Since then I started following up with YATRA for full refund amount of INR 7190 against the cancelled ticket. 4. On 18.07.2020, I received e-mail from YATRA stating that We would like to confirm that the refund due for an amount of Rs: 2190.0 against Yatra reference number 2105200107102 was processed on July 18, 2020 to your account. 5. Subsequently I again started following up with Yatra for refund of balance INR 5000 but not received the same till date. However in YATRA website following status is showing: Dear Kausik Das, Thank you for booking with Yatra.com. We would like to confirm that the refund of INR 2190.00 due to you, for reference number 2105200107102 was processed on 18-Jul- 2020 from Yatra.com to your account. We would like to confirm that the refund of INR 4300.00 due to you, for reference number 2105200107102 was processed on 18-Jul- 2020 from Yatra.com to your account. Refunds to e-wallet are processed instantly at the time of cancellation. In case of refund to bank account/credit card, Yatra takes 30 mins to process your refund. Further, the private sector banks may take 2 - 3 working days and public sector banks may take up to 7 working days to refund in your account. 6. Even after repeated follow up I am yet to receive the balance INR 5000/- till date from YATRA.
