I was having 2 bookings:
1) 11th June,2020 Nikhil Jakhotia PNR: FJQSCH
>> FLIGHT was NON OPERATIONAL.
2) 17th June,2020 Nikhil Jakhotia PNR: OKLEUH
>> FLIGHT was delayed for more then 2 hours so NO SHOW occurred and eligible for full refund.
I have made the bookings from Make My Trip and been 4 months now. Airlines named STAR AIR has already processed the refund to make my trip but Make my trip is not responding to the request and keep saying get back in 15-20 days. Why MMT is holding the refund even after airline has refunded the amount for both the tickets?
