Consumer Redressal

Hi had booked a round trip with GoAIr for journey dates 21/08/2020 and 30/08/2020 respectively. These guys cancelled the flight at there end and when I asked for refund they said current situation is beyond their control so they wont provide the refund. Now please help me out. My money is stuck. I understand that these are exceptional circumstances but am I not affected by this? I also am facing problems on a daily basis and these guys wont process my refund. I have done many follow-ups via mails, social media account. I also called their customer support but no response from their side. Please help me get my money back.
