Consumer Redressal

Earlier, I booked a flight of Lufthansa from Delhi to Berlin via Munich for October 01, 2020 and as after the cancellation from Lufthansa side, their call center has changed this flight schedule for October 02, 2020. Particulars of the flight are as under : 2. Booking Code : KBZHLU 3. Ticket Number : 220-2456709220 Since 01.10.2020, I have sent many mail and also made various calls to Lufthansa, but they are giving their set reply as under : "With reference to your email, please be informed that the ticket is already under refund process. However, the delay is due to high volumes of refund requests received during the COVID-19 situation. Also, we have forwarded your refund request to the relevant team and we will send an email once we receive an update from the team. We are hopeful that the backlog would be cleared and the refund process should be completed within the coming weeks". I am a student and took the entire amount on loan and thus, I have to pay the interest thereon. You are requested kindly to take up the matter, so that innocent students may not suffer on account of financial hardships. Thanks a lot Sir.
