hii i made a ticket with flipkart travel...i made 6790 for date change but date change cannot done by dem...nd dey said dey will refund the money...i made changed directly with the airline and paid airline 5250...first of all dey are looting by taking extra too much nd even after left me with no service nd now dey are not refunding the money....booking id is Booking ID FF2010018903122...help me in getting refund..
