RE : REFUSE TO REFUND ME AIRLINE FARE RS.5779 FOR TICKET BOOKED FOR APRIL AND CANCELLED BY AIRLINE DUE TO COVID SITUATION
Its regarding my MAKEMYTIP Booking Id NF79150266375626 booked on 16/Feb2020 for Flight AI-510 EX COK-MAA for travel date 11/04/2020 (17:40hrs) PNR #Y53VY fr which I had paid Rs.5779/- and subsequently flight was not operated during lockdown months . Now since govt has instructed all booking agents to refund the full amount to customers for nonoperative service and most providers have already refunded back the amount for tickets booked thro' them .
Pls advise and update on our amount which you are holding till date When will you refund back in my payee act .
