Please once again note that I have applied for refund for my (3) international tickets for Mum-Newark-Mum on 07/09/2020 on same day and same manner, as flight was cancelled by Operator. However, I got the refund against only one ticket/ PNR- CZECS8. Status of balance (2) tickets on App is unchanged. I have been continuously trying to re-apply for refund for balance (2) international tickets and (1) domestic ticket on your help line 0124-6280407 but in vein. Now when I am trying on your given help line number, I get the SMS message but link for cancellation/managing tickets given in SMS as well as on your GOIBIBO App does not open for proceeding further. Details of the tickets against which refund is not received by me are as below: 1. Mr. Gajanan Pralhadrao Hedaoo, PNR-CYVSP2, MUM-NEW-MUM, 14/05/2020 Rs.75,666/- 2. Mr. Hardik Gajanan Hedaoo, PNR- CY0XYX, MUM-NEW-MUM,14/05/2020 Rs.75,666/ 3. Mr. HARDIK HEDAOO, PNR-WCICRA, JAIPUR-MUMBAI, 14/05/2020 Rs.3,772/- I have been ringing your help line no.0124-6280407 and on various telephone numbers for past more than 2 months but there is no provision to talk to your representative personally to get the issues resolved as being encountered by me. I am really worried about our refund against the above tickets as no valid contact number or e-mail address is available on your web site to reach to you. You will appreciate that since the flights were cancelled by operator, I am entitled to get full refund against all my international tickets PNRs -CYVSP2, PNR- CY0XYX as well as domestic ticket PNR- WCICRA . I understand that airline Operators have already refunded the amounts to agents against such a tickets which have been cancelled by them. Hence you are once again requested to arrange the refund against cancellation flights by operators for my aforesaid tickets/ PNR numbers at the earliest. Please respond.
