Dear Sir, I want to raise a complaint regarding the fraud committed my Travel agency named as Goibibo, situated in Gurgaon. This is regarding the refund which I have still not received from Goibibo for the flight which was cancelled for 11th June 2020 from Delhi to Canada in lockdown. It's been more than 6 months, these guys are just making me fool by repeatedly asking me to wait for 7-10 days to get the refund on different social media channels but refund is still not processed. This is to inform you that I have also lodged a complaint against Goibibo on Consumer Helpline Forum, CM office and PM office. I am heart patient and suffering due to financial problems in this pandemic and so much dependent on these funds.
