Dear Sir/Ma'am My self R Shivaram , writing here after no proper response received from Flipkart through which i have booked Flight in Mar'20 for travel date on 15/16 April'20 where GOI has announced shutdown of domestic air travels IN Oct'20, we have contacted my airline company spice jet regarding refund, they confirmed that amount is refunded in credit shell and be utilized for future travels for that they (Spice Jet) has asked me to contact my travel agent i.e. Flipkart and later we have raised request for reschedule of flight through app, where they confirmed that TAT for reschedule is 48hours and still went ahead with rescheduled where details mentioned in revert mail are totally incorrect Again now we called flipkart customer care and asked for solution for refund amount or access to credits shell, where they are saying we wont access to credit shell and if we want to utilise the credit shell, we need raise request for booking flight ticket where TAT is 48 hours and also flipkart is charging reschedule charges I have asked all concern mentioned below to Flip kart where there customer care team is giving SOP based reply that as per policy we have request reschedule only My concern , why we need to wait for 48hours for booking my ticket and why we need to pay again rescheduling charges when GOI and Supreme court has asked to refund back the amount wither credit shell or to account from which payment made and also who will bear additional increase in flight charges And why only Flipkart using such cheap practices as i have booked ticket from make my trip where they have refunded amount in MMT account and in my credit card Request help in getting either refund or access to my credit shell amount where i can book my future flight in my choice rather waiting for 48 hours My Flight details are PNR - H5VIPL REGARDS Shivaram R 9966668085
