Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked below tickets travel dates were 29th March and 21st April. But due to lock down travel was stopped. Hence I am looking for a refund for the below two PNR. I have confirmed with airlines, they have refunded amount to goibibo but these folk has not refunded us. No customer support available. Attaching the pdf which is the proof that indigo has refunded already. Please help me with this. PNR - BJGNHG, TDV26L , JGV4WC also I reach out to other airline Spicejet and talked with them. They said they have given credit shell to Goibibo.com. But when I tried to reach out to customer care. there is no support available. Neither I can see a credit shell in the account. however, it is giving an error. PNR - F8ZG2C, T8DIGF Total 5 PNRs are there but no response from goibibo. need assistance. Kindly help me Thanks in advance.
