Consumer Redressal

Hi , My flight tickets got cancelled due to Lockdown ,as per the SC ruling and DGCA notification , my ticket is eligible for full refund but Make My Trip is not issuing refund saying airline is not providing refund . When I check with Airline directly , they confirmed that my ticket is eligible for full refund but since ticket is booked from Make My Trip , they need to request for refund . Please help and guide me further . Thanks
