MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MAKEMYTRIP AND AIRINDIA
its regarding my Booking Id NF79150266375626 booked on 16/Feb2020 for Flight AI-510 EX COK-MAA onboard date 11/04/2020 (17:40hrs)
PNR #Y53VY fr which I had paid Rs.5779/- and subsequently flight was not operated during lockdown months . I have been following up my refund since April and no positive response except few automated replies and few replies that they are following the payment with AIR INDIA . Again I tried mailing AIRINDIA and each time there will be an automated reply along with Booking Details and PNR number which I wud have given to them atleaset a dozen times. BUT BOTH ARE CONNING THE PUBLIC AND AM SUPRISED HOW AIRINDIA started cheating the public too. The last email I recvd from MMT that the refund will come by MARCH 2021 as it will be exactly 1 year of my payment to them .
