Complain for not receiving 50% amount of deposit for work permit against Mr. Ajay singh (Arya Enterprise. Address : 401,4th floor, Lalita Tower, Nr. Rajpath Hotel, Behind Railway Station Platform No 6, Dinesh Mill Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara 390007).
1. Given Interview for work permit Bahrain (NSH company) in December 2019 at Ibrahim Bawani Institute.
2. passport had taken from them.
3. As per Ajay singh office instruction apply medical, received original passport and 10,000 Rs. deposited in last week of december 2019.
4. 0n 1/1/2020 medical clear(4500/-Rs. medical charges) in Mumbai and medically FIT certificate SUBMITED ON 4th Jan 2020.
5. passport return with deposited amount regarding called to Mr.Ajay due to of no positive visa outcome form their ends.
6. After multiple efforts and due to pendemic lockdown condition, finally received original passport in November last week 2020.however not received 10,000 deposited amount.
7. Multiple call to Mr. Ajay and office , finally he has given 5000/- Rs. by online mode on 1st Dec 2020. He is not respond and not pick up the call for the rest of money.
8. His baroda office is close but He is running his agency from Ankleshwar, Gujarat in some locaton.
