I booked my air travel tickets from M/s CLEARTRIP on 20th March 2020, for me and my spouse travel from Indore to Raleigh return trip with ID 200302360182 -by payment of RS.205,544/-. Due to covid-19, all flights got canceled and I managed by Vande Bharat Air India. I canceled my entire airline tickets booked through said travel company on 14th October 2020. The traveling company informed me the refund will be on 14th Decembe2020. Know the company informed that they have applied for the refund on 11Th December 2020 and will give the refunded amount as and when they will get from the airline.
know the clear trip company do not replay and perhaps delete my ID no 200302360182.
please advise me on the matter .
