I had booked my Air Ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 26th November through online website Travolook.com with REF233201438 but it was cancelled by the company because the Air fare was revised. I was informed that i will get full refund within 15-20 working days. But till date 12.01.2021 the refund amount is not received. Every time during my follow up they are saying that they have initiated the refund amount and will reflect in my account within 7-10 working days. It is now more than 40 days and i am still awaiting for my refund amount of INR 3,681/-
