Sir, I had booked Flight ticket amounting Rs. 16,476 + Rs. 3667/- total amounting Rs. 20134/- from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar for 30.03.2020 through VIA.COM (Travel Agent), which got cancelled automatically by declaration of Govt. of India due to outbreak of COVID-19. The said amount is not returned to me so far. Neither Via is responding to my mail, nor they are picking up phone calls. Please help me in this regard.
