Dear Sir/Mam, I am Omkar Sable booked Bus ticket by Makemytrip website (Bus Operator PNR 269Y3UGB , Booking ID: NU211621022520702 Dtd- 18th Jan 2021) from Pune to Ratnagiri for 22nd Jan 2021. As per Booking I am booked TWO sleeper seat for me & my wife and Bus expected to come my location @ 09:45 PM. But Bus not came on time after that as per suggested by bus operator we came to Bus main stop @ Swargate and SANA bus travel agent told that Bus was late for one hours due to repairing work. Till night 02 AM the agent was given only false commitment and after 03 AM he told that Bus was cancelled and he arrange private car for us where we carry our bags on foot, and we start travelling on 03:40 AM, approximately 400 KM we travel in seating position and carry our bags on foot. We are paid money for sleeper seat in Bus and SANA travel given us private vehicle in seating. Hence we request to take corrective action against SANA travel because due travel agency mismanagement we suffer very bad experience in night. Till 03:40 AM many of ladies & children are waiting for bus, many of never take food and it was VERY VERY risky situation we face in this night. Now I call SANA travel for charge me for seating Bus fare because they provide us seating solution instead of sleeping and refund my remaining amount BUT they denied to refund.
