Consumer Redressal

I am an agent of Via.com (Flightraja Travels). My agency ID is FRAN1703834. I had done a round trip booking of Flight for my client but he couldn't travel for the same as the airline itself cancelled the flight due to lockdown. After some months when my client had received two credit notes of Rs. 5069/- then he approached to me for the refund of money. Then i tried to contact the Service Provider - Via.com via their contact number (080-41431000 & 080-67620000) but no one responded and the line was kept on hold for minutes and hours. Then i approached to them via e mail from my abovementioned email id and got a reply which is as below: Dear Business Partner, Thank you for writing to Via Support. With regards to your mail for REF: FMNJA3AWNJ6JA, we would like to inform you that booking is cancelled with the Refund of Rs 5,069/-.Kindly queue for the same in our portal so that we can refund the amount. Thanks & Regards. Aman Shah. After the reply i had queued for the same but received only Rs.3030 out of Rs. 5069. And i asked them to kindly refund the balance amount Rs.2039 also. But i hadn't received it till yet.
