I have booked by flight ticket in February 2020 for travel in month of May 2020. But due to CORONA all flights have been cancelled. My booking was done for "To & Fro" thru "MakemyTrip.com". It was for full family trip which includes four passenger.
Now MakeMyTrip is not taking any customer call or not even responding on mail. I am not finding any clarity on how i can get the refund. My money is blocked since one year now.
If i can get some response then i can enter the booking details.
