HI,
I have booked 13 tickets through Abhibus site with Geeta Tour & Travels operator for Rs. 750 Each.
after booked I have got confirmation with Abhibus. after few days I got received message from Abhibus regarding your tickets was cancelled without my confirmation, due to reason of Bus Break-down. after that i have spoken with Abhibus customer care they told the same thing due to break-down. but i have checked with abhibus and that tours was not cancelled they selling higher price like Rs. 1250 per ticket.
Its clearly cheat with customers moreover my travelling also postpone for this type of reason. am mentally very struggled with Abhibus .
Request you to please intervene this issue and help me.
