Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This with reference to refund issues faced with the air tickets booking on travollok website. The customer care has not responded since months.
The ticket was booked on 29th December 2020 and still their is no response. Kindly, lodge this complaint and help me to get relief as soon as possible.
Reference Number - 983248193 : Rs 16,750 9 (8,375 TWICE)
Reference Number - 326911738 : Rs 4,230
Reference Number - 572936802 : Rs 5,147
Total Refund Amount - Rs 26,127
Kindly Help me Sir. They are cheating several people. Please take strict action
