Complaint against M/s. Travolook. regarding my refund awaited for INR 5655 since last 30 days against their cancellation REF370910505 dt 28 Jan '21 . Sir, In reference to above , it may be informed that I had searched on website on dated 28/01/2021 for flight booking PONNAMPALAM KANDASAMY from Bengalure – Pune - Bengaluru dt 28/01/2021 . Rs. 5655/- were paid by me on Travolook agency website thro' SBI Net banking. However, same was cancelled by Travel Look with reason of fare expiration by Indigo vide travolook REF370910505. In this regard, it may be informed that refund for same is still awaited even one month. I have already sent 13 reminders to Travolook at their customer support email mentioned below. Each time they have acknowledged that refund will be processed for payment within 7-10 days. view of above, you are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the issue regarding my refund of Rs, 5655/- only.
