I have ordered a TV unit on 26.12.2020 worth of Rs. 7200/- to Bhujbal Furniture Kalpak, Antophill, Mumbai. The same has been delivered on 08.01.2021. But there is a fault in this set. I have complained for the same to Bhujbal furniture shop owner and also to Mr. Rafiq (Mob.- 8691801646). They both replied that it may be take some days. Since, I am physically handicaped and I have visited many a time to the above shop. I have called so many times to Mr. Rafiq and the owner of the above shop, but they did not respond my phone.
I am tortured physically and mentallly both by above. I want to rectify my unit.
