Have purchased this house in BPTP in 2009, got possession in Dec, 2019 and shifted in October 2020, after lockdown. Am paying 2000 rs for maintenance and 550 for common area maintenance per month to BPTP/BPMS. But no street light is available, no sweeper, no maintenance, and minimum 8-12 hours electricity cut daily by BPMS (BPTP's maintenance unit).
Am diligently paying all the charges till date, but unable to receive proper services...files complaint against them, written on social media, but to no avail. Pls help...I am unable to work from home and is suffering at the hands of BPTP/BPMS.
