COMPLAINT AGAINST COUNTRY VACATIONS, KOLKATA:
It has been quite some time that we had been corresponding with you through phone, email and personal visits to your office; however we have not heard anything from your side.
Hence, we have decided to have the entire list of grievances documented from our side against Country Vacations India Ltd, which Pritam and Faiz had committed to us during the initial sale and has thus directly led to the fraudulent, unfair and mis-selling of the entire package to ourselves.
In this regards, we would like to immediately CANCEL our membership and have you REDEEM the entire amount (Rs 72, 100/-) to us as soon as possible.
