Consumer Redressal

I provided contract to BHK enterprises for demolish of home including furniture, painting and electrical. I paid all amount to contractor till today and 50,000 is pending as per agreement. Work started on 8th Mar 2021 and till today not completed. Contractor is doing delay and my family is suffering a lot. This is really fraud and unethical work which is causing mentally harassment to me and my family. Contractor name is Mr Ramjatan Vishwakarma 7304044570 residing at Anjur phata. He is big liar and making false commitments always. Once I made a verbal complaint to nearest police station and in front of police he agree to complete work till 17th July. but till today work is incomplete. I need a support to come out of this situation at earliest. If I make FIR then my work will be pending and he will not maintain proper finishing. I want that support to resolve issue.
