We have registered with ACT Fibernet for our internet connection with the name Garjee infomedia.

Registered Mobile Number:9035577100 its a postpaid plan.
They provide really poor service and to resolve an issue.
They take 24 hours due to which the entire day in office goes waste. This is repeatedly happening creating a lot of problems.
Since there is no other service providers in this area ,they are taking advantage of that.
The service charges are not clear they have been charging even in lockdown when the fibernet is not in use.
Please help us solve the issue.
