MTNL is not providing any service since June 2021 and repeatedly I ma logging complains. They are closing all dockets without resolution. My latest docket number is 2426.
I had told them to stop billing as they are not able to resolve the issue. Please tell them to refund my bills since June 2021 and stop billing till the issue is resolved.
