My father (G.Kuppusamy) has died on 28.05.2021 due to Covid. he was a Frontline staff. His Medical Insurance claim Amount was denied with the reason of "Non-Critical Covid 19 is Not Covered Under this Policy"
They stated non-critical for a dead person, I couldn't win against this Insurance Company. I tried multiple times for the last four months. I couldn't claim the medical bill. Please Help us to Get this Claim Amount.
Recently Tamilnadu Government Warned this Insurance Company for multiple claim rejections. also, IRDAI Fined multiple times for this insurance company for violating rules.
