Consumer Redressal

I have booked the property B3-303 Avalon Rosewood & given a booking amount of Rs.50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) Cheque no 094796 dated 11.05.2020. We have submitted all the documents for processing the Housing loan. As per our discussion with Mr Amit on 09.08.20 & he confirmed finally that the housing loan were not processed for the under construction property. So after that, on 18.08.20 we have initiated the cancellation process. So its been one month now, but i haven't yet received the refund of my booking amount Rs.50000/-.
