I booked my flight ticket on 21st september 2021 through travolook. My amount got debited but they did'nt provided the flight ticket when I enquired they said my amount will be refunded with in 7-10 days its been more than a month now i have not received the refund amount of 5423. Since then I am in touch with them everytime they are saying it will be processed in 3 -4 days.
