Dear Sir, Good Evening, I have booked a ticket for return journey from Delhi-Bangalore-Delhi on 30th September 2021 through Happyeasygo Order Id No. 796079949336424195 for 21st onward journey and return from Bangalore on 27th January, 2021. But due to surge in covid cases Govt. has given option for reschedule before 31st March 2021 without any penalty. I have called the Happyeasygo for information regarding reschedule. Mr. Saurabh Mishra who attended my phone advised me to first check from the Airline for any penalty for rescheduling. I have called Air India and they confirmed that no penalty will be levied for rescheduling but only difference in fare will be paid if ticket cost is excess to previous amount. I checked from the Happyeasygo site for availability of flights for 13th April 2022 for onward journey and return on 18th April, 2022 and found the flights are available and for a lesser amount which I had already paid to the operator. I attached the screenshot with my mail and request them to reschedule. So as per the instructions of Mr. Mishra I have submitted my request on their site for rescheduling. Now, I received a mail wherein Mr. Rahul who sent the mail flatly refused to reschedule saying the flights are not available for the given dates and choose different dates. But as per screenshot sent to them the flights are available. I request you to please take a stern action against Happyeasygo and instruct them to reschedule my journey for the dates requested or refund me the full amount so that I can book my ticket as per my own wish. Please instruct to do the needful immediately as I have only 1 day left for journey. I again contacted them today and they agreed to do the needful and sent me a link for payment. I tried to pay the amount but link expired in 15 minutes and could not make the payment. Now, if I not travel tomorrow who will bear the loss. I request you to please take action against Happyeasygo and instruct them to refund my full amount of Rs.6132/- and also a compensation amount of Rs.10000/- for harassment.
