Consumer Redressal

This fraud is committed by the so called wallet "Freecharge pay later" , I had used "Freecharge pay later" facility and used the wallet to pay for groceries in "jiomart.com", on 2nd December. Later I cancelled the order in jiomart and a refund of Rs 357/- and Rs 72/- was given on 2nd December. The refunds reflected in "Freecharge wallet" on Dec 18, 2021 and even now it is showing up in the wallet transactions But the wallet is not refunding these amounts after repeated requests for more than a month now.
