I had booked eticket from IRCTC site on 10/05/2013 and PNR no is 6419750138. The status of the passengers after chart was prepared Passenger -1 Confirmed and Passenger -2 W/L -1. I had registed a TDR in the IRCTC site for refund of the money pertaining to passenger -2 as per their process but they had informed that my refund was rejected by Indian Railways so they will not be able to give back my money. I have been fighting for the same for along time but not getting any result. I would request to help me in getting my genuine refund and also to penalise the IRCTC and Indian Railways for the harassment caused by them
