Dear Sirs,
We had supplied goods for the library, namely, Book Supports to M/s Rupayan K.B. Road Opp. FCI Office
Lakhimpur Assam via Roadways vide our bill no. G-144 dated 10-03-2022 for Rs 118000. We have received two payments
of Rs 60000/- and Rs 25000/- from them since. Balance due is Rs 33000/-.
Despite repeated reminders for the past more than twelve months, there has been no payment from M/s Rupayan.
