Dear team,
I had ordered the RO purifier from livpure as per suggested by his engineer which is in replacement from old RO purifier on 30th March 2024. He was committed for delivery within 24 to 48 hrs.
Order Number # 3918385509
Platino plus copper auto TDS.
Engineer name is Paramvir Raghav his employee code is (2003520).
I am calling to him on daily basis but he didn't respond positively.
I called to customer care number 2 - 3 times and they given the area in-charge number but he didn't receive any call.
