I had booked ticket for Mumbai to Bangalore and my travel date was 28/11/2013.The baggage allowance as per the ticket is 20kg but the Go air staff forced me to pay Rs.1500 for 6kg extra as the say its 15kg,they werent issuing the boarding pass so i was forced to pay as the boarding counter was closing
