Dear Forum,
I booked a ticket from www.redbus.in and the ticket number is TFBX73977928 and i paid the amount by credit card. But the bus operator cancelled the bus service on that day, i got a message regarding bus cancellation from bus operator(Kesineni Travels and didn\'t get any intimation regarding the same from Redbus). When i called redbus customer to enquire about refund amount, redbus people are saying that i need to visit the near by Kesineni Travels office with a ID Proof and Hard copy of the ticket. When i paid the amount to the Redbus why should i go to Kesineni Travels which is nearly 25 kms away from my place, and for that i need to kill my 3 hrs of time.
