We are not able to travel to Jhalong river camp( Darjeeling District) for 11 August booking for 2 rooms. This falls under West bengal Forest Development Council. We had paid full amount while doing the booking. Due to bandh being called in Darjeeling district we were unable to go over there. I have submitted application for refund along with paper cutting for the bandh being called in Darjeeling district by Bimal Gurung and team on 18th August 2013. Till date no decision has been made on refund and even on phone same reply \"you will be notified when decision is being made\" . Please help me out in getting the money from West Bengal forest development corporation.
