Dear Sir,
I purchased used car (MH01-VA 1693) in Jan2013, and duly applied for name transfer with Vasai RTO, vide receipt no.F31869 in 22nd Jan13.
Because upto Aug13 I did not receive RC, again I reapplied on 27th Aug 13 vide receipt no F 45973. Still I did not receive RC.
