Hello Sir,
I have a ICICI Prudential Insurance with Policy No: 13379597 with Rs 25001.00 premium.
Since, I didn\'t pay premium bank closed the policy. However, when it comes to payment, it is paying just Rs 4000/-. When I wanted to know the rules and regulation, customer care was unable to provide any information appropriately.
Please help me so that ICICI bank of is transparent with the process and I want my appropriate money back.
