I have purchased Toner (ink) for my xerox machine from Bombay Xerox Agency (51, Sarvodaya Com. Centre, Nr. GPO, Relief Road, Ahmedabad. PH : 079-25503213, 9909 285541) in cash payment of Rs. 2850/-. But when I opened & fit it to my machine, I found it in stone form (duplicate) & also damaged my working machine. When I complained the supplier, he just refused & replied me \"Your bad luck\". Even he refused to give me invoice. He says we do not issue invoice for such imported items. Please.... Please help me. My Cell No. 09824098140
