Consumer Redressal

Hi , I Satya Hemant Adep want to register complaint against Go Heritahe India Journeys Tour and Travel company.I Planned a trip of 5 night 6 days for my sister to chennai - kumbhkodam - madurai. The company intial showed good response for our emails and call, they tool all the intial advance from us and informed us they wil ldo the neccesity booking. But as the days came closer to start the trip we havent recived our flight ticket. the flight ticket was booked by us just the day before to start the tour. also as per the itenary they were supposed to provide us the english speaking driver and tour guide, but they did not provided, when we tried to call them, they were not responding to our call and emails. They has emotional harress us by lack of responsive nature. my sister has some how started the tour but still they havent recived her return journey flight ticket and they had taken our full tour cost money from us.
