Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, I had applied for airtel broadband connection and airtel executive came to my house and gave a form and collected 2000 rupees in October, 2013. Until now they have not given money back and one of the executives said that there was a guy called Vinod and he took money and ran off. I\'m fed up of running behind airtel and have spent 1000 rupees calling airtel fixed landline helpline.
